The Schreifer Group, in partnership with Michael Baker International, provided lead charrette facilitation for a comprehensive master plan update for the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point, NY.

TSG led a Facility Occupancy Verification Study, multiple site visits, a vision workshop, and charrettes for seven Area Development Plans over a two-year period. Each plan was briefed to senior leadership, and became the first suite of planning products ever approved by the USMA Superintendent.

The Clinton District Area Development Plan won the American Planning Association's Federal Planning Division 2019 Honor Award for Outstanding Area/Site Development Plan.
