TRAINING
Customs and Border Protection Leadership Institute (CBPLI) is a two-year, cohort-based program supporting and training the next generation of CBP leadership. We teach an Organizational Alignment module focused on supporting leaders in aligning their team’s operations with the organization’s vision and strategy.
The four-hour session focuses on assessment tools and strategies to help leaders drive mission-based team outcomes. Cohort participants are at the GS-15 and Senior Executive Service (SES) level of leadership. (Sessions delivered in partnership with the University of Maryland’s School of Business Office of Executive Programs).

REAL PROPERTY OPPORTUNITIES REPORT STUDY
FEDERAL PLANNING
The Schreifer Group Joint Venture wrote a white paper for NASA Headquarters assessing the 2003 Real Property Opportunities Report.
The paper evaluated the report’s lasting influence on NASA real property and planning activities, looked at how NASA Headquarters and centers view the report’s information in light of current NASA missions and priorities, and provided recommendations for how NASA can continue to enhance understanding of real property opportunities in the future.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANNING CHARRETTE
FACILITATION
The Schreifer Group led an onsite charrette that brought nearly 70 stakeholders from the installation and NAVFAC together to site replacement facilities, deconflict projects, and optimize mission effectiveness in response to extensive damage caused by earthquakes in 2019.
A/E DESIGN CHARRETTES
FOR COMMUNICATIONS COMPLEX, GUAM
FACILITATION
The Schreifer Group is lead facilitating a series of four A/E design and review charrettes for NAVFAC Pacific. This design-bid-build project encompasses full A/E design services for a communications facility, outside plant, and two warehouses, including a geotechnical study, energy modeling, value engineering, and risk management. We have designed and facilitated collaborative review sessions between engineers, technical subject matter experts, stakeholders, and command representatives to ensure the project is progressing on time, on budget, and with consensus around key design and engineering elements.

FEDERAL PLANNING
The Military Family Housing condition assessment, Development Plan, and 1391s provide a detailed, long-range plan for the development of the military family housing at Camp Zama and Sagamihara Family Housing Area at USAG Japan.
