The Schreifer Group is lead facilitating a series of four A/E design and review charrettes for NAVFAC Pacific. This design-bid-build project encompasses full A/E design services for a communications facility, outside plant, and two warehouses, including a geotechnical study, energy modeling, value engineering, and risk management. We have designed and facilitated collaborative review sessions between engineers, technical subject matter experts, stakeholders, and command representatives to ensure the project is progressing on time, on budget, and with consensus around key design and engineering elements.
