Travis, Vance, and Wright-Patterson AICUZ Studies

The Schreifer Group provided project management and community planning expertise to the development of three AICUZ studies and associated noise products at Travis AFB, Wright-Patterson AFB, and Vance AFB.
The HB&A-The Schreifer Group Joint Venture, along with subcontractors Prospect Hill Company and Blue Ridge Research and Consulting, developed a series of AICUZ Study and noise-related deliverables. The project included completion of AICUZ Studies for Travis AFB, Wright-Patterson AFB, and Vance AFB, and accompanying public outreach materials.
The AICUZ studies include detailed land use compatibility assessments and recommendations for community planners and members of the public on how to encourage compatible growth around air installations.
Following the completion of each study, an open house was held to publicize and discuss the findings of the study with the public.
This contract also included the completion of noise simulation videos and peer literature reviews of noise studies for several Air Force bases worldwide.
