Planner
Mary Finnegan is a planner with experience in federal facility planning, urban design, and city planning. She is a graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Sustainable Planning & Urban Design through the program of Environmental Design. Mary has maintained accreditations including LEED Green Associate, Green Globes Emerging Professional, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and is currently pursuing AICP certification. She is based out of Colorado Springs, CO.
Mary is proficient in creating graphics, document development, data collection, and public speaking. Within the fields of urban and federal planning, Mary is especially passionate about community engagement, transportation, installation wide plans, and sustainability.
