Kim Andrews
Coach and Facilitator
Kim Andrews supports TSG as a coach and consultant with a focus on leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Kim has spent the last 15 years working in public education - first as a teacher and then as a school district and nonprofit leader. Most recently, Kim was a managing director of networks at Leading Educators, a national nonprofit organization that partners with school systems to sustain the conditions, teaching, and leadership to ensure that the students furthest from opportunity succeed in school and in life. Prior to joining Leading Educators, Kim led the design and implementation of new teacher leader roles and professional development in DC Public Schools and was responsible for the ongoing design of the district’s teacher evaluation system.
Kim began her career as a sixth grade English teacher in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas as a Teach For America corps member, where she was a finalist for the Sue Lehmann Award for Excellence in Teaching. Kim graduated with highest honors from Penn State University’s Schreyer Honors College, earning a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Communications.
