Bay Penny

Bay Penny is a federal planner with a background in architecture and urban design. Based out of Raleigh, NC, he has a Masters of Architecture from the University of Virginia and several years of graphic design experience. Using his extensive knowledge of 3D rendering, document production, and small-group facilitation, Bay assisted in developing numerous Area Development Plans and Installation Development Plans for facilities across the country.
