Senior Planner

Jennifer Howland is an AICP-certified planner with 16 years of local government planning and zoning experience.  She excels at helping community members navigate complex regulatory processes so they can realize the vision for their future. 

Jennifer served as a board member of the APA Federal Planning Division, Illinois APA State Section, and Missouri APA St. Louis Metro Section. She is currently serving as a member of the Government Relations Committee for the Michigan Association of Planning.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Earth Science and German from Albion College and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
