Increased Munitions Storage: Aviano Air Base, Italy
The Schreifer Group evaluated the viability of increasing critical munitions storage at Aviano Air Base, Italy while balancing multiple safety criteria standards (US DoD, NATO and Host Nation) and severe encroachment. This project successfully provided the US Air Force with expansion options to meet the mission requirements.
JBAB IDP and Historic Bolling District Plan
The Schreifer Group provided master planning support to JBAB to update their vision plan, validate and update the 2014 Installation Development Plan (IDP), and develop the new Historic Bolling District Plan.
JBLM Growth Coordination Plan
The 2022 Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Growth Coordination Plan (GCP) is the South Sound Military & Communities Parntership's guiding document to support its mission of addressing issues that affect military and civilian communities around JBLM and to foster outcomes that are mutually beneficial for the South Puget Sound region.
Kadena Industrial Park Area Development Plan
The Kadena Industrial Park (KIP) ADP provides a detailed, long-range plan for the development of a portion of the Chibana District of Kadena Air Base.
Naha Military Port Relocation Plan
The Schreifer Group led this 2019 study to assess the viability of efforts to move the Naha Military Port (NMP) from its current location in Naha, Okinawa, Japan, to a new location. The resulting plan supports ongoing bilateral agreements between the U.S. Government and the Government of Japan.
Travis, Vance, and Wright-Patterson AICUZ Studies
The Schreifer Group provided project management and community planning expertise to the development of three AICUZ studies and associated noise products at Travis AFB, Wright-Patterson AFB, and Vance AFB.
USAG Japan Military Family Housing Condition Assessment, Development Plan and 1391s
The Schreifer Group led a multiple-stage effort to respond to a current Headquarters Installation Management Command (IMCOM) led Housing Market Analysis and create a requirements-driven end state for housing at Camp Zama and Sagamihara Family Housing Area (SFHA) in Kanagawa Prefecture, Honshu, Japan.
