Federal Planning Project Manager

The Schreifer Group is seeking a federal planner with project management experience who is passionate about serving federal clients and doing high-quality work. This is a mid to senior level position.

Minimum Qualifications:

​

• 5-10 years of experience working on federal master planning projects  

• 2+ years of project management experience

• Degree in urban planning, landscape architecture, architecture, civil engineering, or related field

• Comfortable speaking in public, leading workshop activities and interacting with clients and partners 

• Experience leading and facilitating workshop activities

• Strong writing and editing skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to work hours to adapt to client time zones worldwide

• Willingness   and ability to travel (typically not more than 50%; can be up to 75% in busy months  )

Desired Qualifications:

​

• AICP or other relevant certifications (PMP, PE, AIA, ASLA, LEED, etc.)

• Prior military or federal service or connection (preferred, not required)

• Experience with federal contracting (RFPs, SF 330s, TORNs, etc.)
