Senior Real Estate Analyst and Planner
Alex Norr is an urban planner with a background in master planning, comprehensive planning, federal planning, and real estate and development. He specializes in addressing complex planning scenarios with applicable economic drivers to assess feasibility and impact. He provides analysis addressing land use development patterns, market-based development programs, and policy change. Alex has experience working with local, regional, and state agencies as well as various private clients. A former Active Duty Air Force officer, he also has expertise in working with the Army, Navy, and Air Force to develop real estate master plans and mitigation strategies to address external impacts of changing mission criteria.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Brigham Young University and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Alex maintains close ties to the academic community and teaches part-time at the University of California San Diego in the Urban Planning and Studies program.
